*Client agrees that purchases of documents, Digital guides, consulting and coaching sessions are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise explicitly stated on sales page. Do not pay for a service if you do not agree to this refund, results of limit of liability policy.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:|

Under no circumstance shall a party's liability exceed the fee paid under this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability.

Client agrees that by moving forward to set up a consultation session with company Prime Angles, Inc. or purchasing/receiving any authorized copies of downloadable materials, or live model coaching via online portal or in-person, that they will comply with copyright laws by not reproducing or redistributing any part of it in any form without written permission by Kamla-Kay and company Prime Angles, Inc.

Kamla-Kay and company Prime Angles, Inc are not liable for any payments, fees, damages or lost wages beyond what was paid for said coaching.

Company Prime Angles, Inc. does not guarantee that Client will gain representation by a modeling agency or relative client or brand as it is ultimately up to each individual agency, client or brand to decide which persons they wish to work with and not at the decision of Kamla-Kay and company Prime Angles, Inc.

Since Prime Angles, Inc is not a modeling agency or attorney and cannot provide signed agency representation, bookings or legal advice to said aspiring model or client, the client, therefore, agrees to hold harmless company Prime Angles, Inc. should their ultimate goals, expectations etc. within the industry not be realized.

Knowledge gained in documents and consulting session are given on the industry and it is then up to the client to apply that information, do additional research as needed, consult legal advice, practice as necessary and then move forth as they see fit with submitting to agencies/brands based on their locale and individualized goals.

Documents are strictly started provided for education purposes and are not a guarantee of future results or career changes.

Prime Angles, Inc and their coaches or affiliates do not and does not give any guarantees on results with our information, courses, programs, masterminds, coaching, plans, tools or strategies.

You recognize and agree that no one and nothing part of the Prime Angles, Inc. brand has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever to you about future growth, images or earnings with respect to your purchase of Prime Angles, Inc programs, courses, trainings, masterclasses or coaching and that we have not authorized any such implication, promise or representation by others. There are no guarantees of results. Examples given are for illustration purposes on what other clients have achieved but is not guaranteed for each individual.

We may reference our own success and in some cases the growth, changes and or sales figures of our previous or existing purchasers as a result of our coaching. Please understand that we are not guaranteeing your success. We are displaying these results for example purposes only. Individual changes and results will vary, and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your potential on-camera experiences, business & personal experiences, self esteem, body type, motivation and work ethic. It is up to the purchaser to watch all the modules more than once and do all the work as outlined in any programs including practicing and implementing continually to begin to see changes.

ACCESS: "Lifetime Access" to the course means access to the course for the lifetime of the course being available for sale or enrollment.

REFUND POLICY: Due to the immediate and direct access to the offers and programs we do not offer a refund of any kind.

LATE FEES. If Company does not receive payment from you within fourteen (14) calendar days of any payment date for payment plans, then you will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per each day that Company does not receive payment.

PAYMENT POLICY. You agree and warrant that all payment instruments, credit cards and related information, i.e. billing address, used in connection with any Service that is provided for a fee, are correct and that you are authorized to use such payment instrument. With regard to any payment plan, you agree to pay Company the amount specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms of Use. You hereby authorize Company to bill your payment instrument in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan.

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select a Service with a recurring subscription (autorenewal) you authorize Company to maintain your account and payment information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the Service. If you wish to terminate your subscription you must email primeangles@kamlakay.com at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal but client is still responsible for paying any balance on the full payment of the product they initially signed up for.

CHARGEBACKS. You are to make every attempt to file for a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. You will remain responsible for amounts due under this Agreement in the event you dispute payment with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all intellectual property or deliverables afforded to you in exchange for your purchase of the Services. Company reserves the right to present proof of purchase and this Agreement to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
